How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

You speak with an independent local provider from our network. These are separate businesses. Hightes Concrete makes the introduction and steps back.

What Happens on the First Conversation

Expect a few simple questions. Where is the property? What do you want built? How big is the space? Do you have photos?

The provider may suggest a site visit. They can measure, check slopes and look at drainage. Then they prepare a written quote.

Get Your Paperwork Ready

A little prep saves time. Do this:

  • Take photos of the area from several angles.
  • Note low spots, slopes and where water collects.
  • Write down size, shape and any finish you like.
  • Keep every message and quote in one folder.

Do not hand over a deposit until you have read the quote.

What to Ask an Independent Provider

  • What is included in the price, and what is not?
  • How will the base and drainage be prepared?
  • How thick will the slab be, and will it have reinforcement?
  • Who handles permits, if any are needed?
  • How long does curing take, and when can I use the surface?
  • Can you share proof of license and insurance for my state?

Write down the answers. Compare them across providers. A clear, calm answer is a good sign. A vague one is worth a follow-up question.

You Are in Control

You choose whether to hire. You can talk to more than one provider. You can say no at any point, with no obligation.

Typical costs vary by job, so get a written quote before you agree.
