Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Hightes Concrete wants hightes.property to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to offer a website that as many people as possible can use. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible sites.
Steps We Take
To support accessibility, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text readable with strong color contrast
- Make the whole site usable with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and desktops
- Write in plain, everyday language
- Give every form field a clear label
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from third parties, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of this site is hard to use, you have other options. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@hightes.property and we will do what we can to help.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of this site. Email contact@hightes.property and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What went wrong and what you expected instead
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you know it
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never truly finished. We will keep it in mind each time we update the site.
